MBA: Global Chief Operating Officer
Gbadee Kanteah has more than 10 years of experience in the auditing, project management and accounting space. She ensures efficient operation of the day-to-day activities of the firm, including strategic planning, finance, accounting and collections, office and facilities maintenance, information technology and human resources. She is the point-person to personnel with questions, concerns, and issues. Gbadee is outcome-oriented: she improves the profitability, cash flow, and the effectiveness of business processes; ensures that the firm stays compliant, plans for succession, puts strong internal controls in place, and assists firm leadership to make better informed business decisions.
Gbadee prepares and manages the firm budget and monitors the CPE plan. She oversees human resource management, such as recruitment, training, and onboarding of staff and consultants, and she cultivates excellent long-term relationships with clients, maintaining ongoing communication and facilitating solutions to address concerns. She creates and maintains highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough indexing, filing, and offsite storage that result in easy access to critical information and streamlined office functioning. She prioritizes and delegates tasks, providing motivation and direction to create a positive work environment, and ensures accurate, on-time completion. Gbadee holds an MBA in Project Management from Strayer University, and a Bachelor in Management from the University of Liberia. She is proficient in Sage 50, MS Project, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
