Francis is an expert in Risk Management (RM) coupled with over 30 years of work experience in the Banking and Financial Management Sector. He is a Private Banking Consultant and is being an Adjunct Lecturer in Branch Banking, International Banking Operations and Risk Management for over 20 years at the National Banking College, (of The Central Bank of Ghana) Accra-Ghana and The Chartered Institute of Bankers- Ghana (CIBG).
He has had experience holding prestigious positions is various International Banks in Ghana such as an Acting Finance Manager and Customer Service Manager at Stanbic Ghana Limited; Branch Manager, Branch Operations Manager, Acting Branch Manager, and Head of Foreign (International Banking) Operations at The Trust Bank Ltd. and has work as a consultant for a number of organizations.
Francis holds an MBA in Finance and BSc Accounting degree both from the University of Ghana Business School; a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers – Ghana (FCIB) and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Management from Graduate Institute of Management and Technology, South Africa, IFC (of the World Bank), Certified Consultant in Environmental and Social Risk Management and Author of “Risk Management in Banking” textbook for the Chartered Institute of Bankers-Ghana. He is currently a Director, Risk Management at JS Morlu.
