Emmanuel Dartey Sogah brings over 25 years of diverse industry experience, underpinned by strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset. A highly collaborative team player, he is recognized for creative problem-solving and the adaptability required to deliver consistently in dynamic environments.
Emmanuel’s professional background includes work with the Ghana Statistical Service on a World Bank–supported project that contributed to economic data and analysis used to inform national policy decisions. He also played a foundational role in the establishment of JS Morlu Ghana, serving as Human Capital Manager in 2018. In that capacity, he led talent acquisition efforts, helping recruit and develop highly motivated professionals who have supported key functions across the firm.
Beyond his work in professional services, Emmanuel has experience across the pharmaceutical, trading, and hospitality sectors—exposure that strengthens his ability to understand client needs across industries. In 2024, he served as Finance and Operations Manager at JS Morlu Ghana, where he supported day-to-day operational oversight, process improvement, and firm-wide execution priorities.
As JS Morlu continues its transition into a full Technology Solutions hub, Emmanuel now serves as Manager, Marketing and Sales, leading the firm’s business development agenda, customer acquisition and retention efforts, and revenue growth initiatives. He also serves as Board Secretary for JS Morlu Ghana, supporting governance and ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
Emmanuel holds a BSc. in Accounting and a tertiary diploma in Business Administration from the University of Professional Studies, Accra. He is also an alumnus of Benchmark Executive Business School (Legon–Accra), reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence.
