Thelma is a Senior Associate in CFO & Accounting Services, she plays a key role in delivering high-quality financial reporting and advisory support to clients. With hands-on expertise in preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and managing tax filings for both Ghanaian and U.S. clients, She ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across all engagements.

In addition to technical execution, Thelma actively supervises and trains junior associates, contributing to team development and operational efficiency. A graduate of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with a degree in Accounting, she began her professional journey at JS Morlu as an intern (NSS Personnel) and has since grown into a trusted member of the firm’s CFO & Accounting Services team.

Highly proficient in Excel, QuickBooks (Desktop and Online), Sage 50, DraftWorks, and Drake, Thelma combines strong technical skills with sound judgment, self-motivation, meticulous attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Currently pursuing professional certification as a Chartered Accountant, she remains dedicated to continuous learning and delivering exceptional value to clients.
