Bernard’s extensive Leadership, Administration, Audit, Finance and Accounting experience has been well developed over past 14 years. His career has spanned a wide range of Taxation, Financial Audit, Value for Money Audit, Office Administration, Project Planning, Business Valuation, Investment Portfolio Management, Liability Management, Financial reporting, Budgeting and Budgetary controls, Liquidity Management, Assets Management, Management Information System (MIS), and Accounting Information System (AIS). He also has in-depth knowledge in software acquisition and system migration, Micro to Medium Enterprise financing and the use of banking, accounting and audit software such as BankMill international software, Zigloi, CoreERP; QuickBooks, Sage 50, Talley, Caseware, Draftworx, Audit file, Microsoft Project and Office Suite.

The Managing Partner works as part of a team of problem solvers, helping clients solve their complex business problems ranging from strategy to execution. He is also responsible for leading the team, building the capacity of the team, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional service to clients. This role also supports business development and growth initiatives of the practice, and is responsible for retaining talented people through strong leadership and coaching/mentoring relationships.

Bernard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (2013) and Diploma in Business Studies – Accounting from Koforidua Technical University (2005). He has a certificate in Project Management Professional Training from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana (KNUST) and a member of Project Management Institute (PMI). He is also in his final level of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA) UK certification and a fully qualified Chartered Accountant and member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana.
